User Agreement

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use The Legit Traders platform. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • AI Trading Services: The Legit Traders provides AI-powered automated trading bots that analyze markets and execute trades. Trading performance is not guaranteed and past results do not indicate future performance.
  • Investment Packages: Users can select from our AI Bot packages (Basic, Enhanced, Executive, Advanced, Professional, Platinum). Each package has specific investment ranges, daily profit percentages, and validity periods.
  • Withdrawals & Payouts: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours. The Legit Traders reserves the right to verify user identity before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud.
  • Referral Program: Affiliate commissions (10% direct referral) and binary income are subject to active trading volumes. The Legit Traders may adjust commission structures with prior notice.
  • Prohibited Activities: Fraudulent activities, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, or any violation of our policies will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Legit Traders is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK.

Online investing is subject to market risk. There is no financial risk coverage from the company. The Legit Traders provides AI-powered automated trading tools, but all trading activities involve inherent market risks including partial or complete loss of invested capital. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Cryptocurrency, Forex, and stock markets are volatile and unpredictable
  • The company does not provide any insurance or guarantee against trading losses
  • FULL YOUR OWN RISK — You bear 100% responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Legit Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including trading losses, data loss, or interruption of service.

Modifications & Termination

The Legit Traders reserves the right to modify these terms, suspend services, or terminate user accounts at any time with reasonable notice, except in cases of policy violations.
